My artwork probes melancholic and sensitive liminal spaces surrounding the body, machines and multisensory sensation of the visual and the sonic.
My work employs experimental audiovisual formats to survey landscapes in which technology is a critical conceptual, poetic and material feature.
I utilize creative programming, synthesizers and shaders to create touch-points between data and aesthetic which guide in the drawing of maps for the surveying of technohumanist landscapes in chaotic and unpredictable ways.
Paramount to me is the alliance with dissident scenes that advocate open exchange, emancipation and the creation of non-dominant aesthetics.
My practice flows through spaces of metal mosh, techno-feminist noise actions and the educational spaces around Hacker education and Free Culture with young and vulnerable in Bogotá.
